Taylor's favorite was the baby ducks. 10 of them: 7 yellow and 3 black. They will eventually move from their confined space to the pond to join the mallard that currently lives there. We had to clean our their habitat and find a bigger one for them. An old unused pond worked great and they seemed to like it as you can see in the video.
The other new member of the "family" is a dog named Daisy. She came from a friend's house where she had to remain tied up. At the property, she is free to roam and explore with their other dog, Pepper. She seems much more content and not so boisterous. I was actually able to catch her standing still for a quick moment and get a good picture.

Finally, they have a new horse, Pierre, who was a gift from some friends in Missouri. He has an excellent bloodline, but is now more pet than anything. They do enjoy riding him, but we were unable due to time constraints and my "condition".
After caring for the ducklings, we fed all the horses carrots. This is a picture of their other horse, Chrissy, begging for more carrots.
It was a great weekend full of good memories. Our long time friends, George & Linda were there and George took Taylor out on Friday night to see the stars through his telescope. We saw Saturn, the moon, a nebula and a double star. Again, great memories.
