Do you need to smile today?

I know that I have not posted in a bit, and this will probably make up for a lot, but a lot has happened in the past week or two.

First: on Friday, October 9, a storm passed through our town and more specifically, our neighborhood. 5 very large trees went down on our street alone, with over 100 in our neighborhood. Some were on houses, other were on cars and a few were on power lines. We were without power for Friday and Saturday, but grateful for no damage to our property. We are blessed with friends who have a generator and let us borrow it for all day on Saturday until our power came on. God is such a good God to provide for our conveniences too.

Second: Sunday night I was trying to catch up on housework and other stuff after being without power. So, I laid baby K on her tummy on the floor on a blanket. As I am watching her, she rolls over to her back! I knew that she was getting close, but she still surprised me. She "performed" again on Monday evening when grandma & grandpa stopped by for a short visit.

Third: While taking some pictures of my beautiful girls, T dropped some leaves around baby K and she really started laughing hard. She has been laughing for awhile now, but I have never been able to catch it on video. This one has us all smiling and she is too funny!
