Egg-specially Cute!

Baby K's first Easter

On Saturday, we attended the egg hunt at our church.  She decided that rocks were much more interesting (and tastier) than Easter eggs.

If she only realized that there was candy inside, I think the response would have been extremely opposite.  She likes the candy in sister's basket.

Since it was so hot outside that day, mommy had to have a popsicle.  It was pink, cold, and enticing.  So I shared with baby K.  She thought that was something wonderful! I could barely get it out of her mouth to get a taste for myself.

I guess she is learning though, because when I would take it out of her mouth, the fussing ensued.  But when I told her "all done" and showed her the empty container, she was just fine.

Sunday afternoon dinner was celebrated at Uncle Mark & Aunt Alison's house with a visit from Grandma and Grandpa Gell.  And of course, the family pictures were mandatory.  Thankfully, they have some beautiful wysteria that grows from their neighbor's yard over the fence into their yard.  It made a wonderful background for our pictures and grandma (being the gardener that she is) loved it!

I don't have the picture of the entire family (too many cameras), but you can see it on the Roedel Review, and some day I know I will get a copy *wink*.  I do however, have darling pictures of baby K and her sister and cousin.

The thing about photographing multiple babies, is that if one is not crying...the other one will be.

Okay, those last two pictures are hilarious!! Especially when you're not there to hear the crying. :)

Getting the pictures was quite the event. Taylor was complaining about her knee hurting, Kirsten was fussy and Ryland finally said "ENOUGH".

I also LOVE the last two pictures!!

We were out of town on Saturday, and several people said that the egg hunt was a lot of fun! Hate we missed it.
