Traffic & Togetherness

Today Bill, Taylor and I went to the Texas State Fair in Dallas. We had a great time, but learned some valuable lessons. First: if you plan to go to the fair, avoid the TX/OU game weekend. Why? the shirts and other clothing are more than educational (along with the language), the traffic to get to the fair is worse than any rush hour I have ever seen, the crowds after the game are thicker than I could imagine, and if you aren't wearing red or orange, you just don't fit anywhere.

All in all, it went well. While the game was being played, the fair was great. No lines, mostly families, great weather, and no crowds. When the game got out, everything changed. Needless to say, we left shortly after that.

We missed you guys. We looked & looked for the picture, but couldn't find it. Of course, searching a room the size of a gym can be daunting.
