Well, I finally sold the baby cradle yesterday. It is with mixed emotions that we make this step. She is no longer an infant, but a baby and we don't need the cradle since we don't plan to have any more children. But there is that sense of finality with each step and with each piece of furniture that leaves, each milestone in her life. The couple who now owns it is having their first baby and I wish them joy and happiness on their new adventure.
So, here's to mommies everywhere who love and cherish their children. Every day is a new day and each age/stage is filled with wonderful and delightful memories and wonders. Let us all remind each other to marvel at the blessings God has given us.
