Last night while running errands, T and I saw the sign that Carl's Jr is opening on May 25 at 6:00 am. The first 500 people get free food for a year.
The Plan: get up early and entire family hit Carl's Jr for breakfast and free food.
The outcome: baby K sleeps late, mommy too tired to get up at 5:30, waits til 6:00. Get T up at 6:30 to get ready for school, she cries and is upset because she was really looking forward to it. Daddy just shakes his head and rolls back over. Mommy gets to Carl's Jr at 7:00 and is about number 300! yeah. A coupon a week for burgers.
Daddy returns at 8:00 and gets another coupon book! They were not as busy as we expected. Oh, well-hindsight is 20/20.
Apparently, the line began at 9:00 pm last night and by 6:00 am this morning was wrapped around the building. Not my style, but I was blessed with our coupons.

I didn't know about it until about 9:30, but couldn't get there until a little after 11. I was one of the last ones. There were about 5 left when I got mine. :-) Glad you didn't stress and rush out! :-)
